Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
- ΒΎ cup pineapple juice (from canned rings)
- β cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger (minced)
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- β cup ketchup
- Β½ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions
