Instructions
- Using edible markers, draw fun faces on mini vegan marshmallows.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix water, cocoa, and sugar. Heat for about 40 seconds until warm and stir to create a smooth syrup.
- Add milk and vanilla to the chocolate syrup, stirring thoroughly.
- Microwave again for 60 seconds or until hot but not boiling.
- Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream and decorated marshmallows, then enjoy!
