Ingredients
- 8 to 10 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 3 to 4 sprigs fresh dill
- 1 shallot, minced
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Β½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
Instructions

- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and toss until well coated. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight for optimal flavor.
- Preheat your grill to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Grill the marinated chicken thighs smooth side down for about 8 to 10 minutes total, flipping halfway through cooking.
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 165Β°F (74Β°C). Remove from grill and let rest for five minutes before serving.
