Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey (if using), minced garlic, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Add chicken to the marinade and toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
- Preheat grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grates.
- Remove chicken from the marinade; discard any excess marinade. Grill each piece for about 5β7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165Β°F (75Β°C).
- In the last minute of grilling, sprinkle additional Parmesan on top of each piece and close the lid briefly to melt.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
