Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 600 g potatoes, cubed
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 6 tbsp olive oil (3 for chicken marinade, 2 for veggies)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200C (390F).
