- 3 medium zucchinis (675 grams)

- Β½ cup strained Greek yogurt (90 grams)
- 1 medium spring onion (20 grams)
- Β½ cup grated Gruyere cheese (40 grams)
- Zest of Β½ lemon
- Β½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200Β°C (390Β°F).
- Wash zucchinis, cut in half lengthwise, and scoop out the flesh.
- In a mixing bowl, combine feta, Greek yogurt, spring onion, Gruyere cheese, lemon zest, garlic powder, parsley, olive oil, and oregano; mix well.
