Instructions

  1. Cook 8 ounces of rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup olive oil, 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
