Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with half of the scallions and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Grease a 9ร—13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  4. Pound chicken breasts to about 1/4-inch thickness, then season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  5. Place chicken in the baking dish and top each piece with the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Bake uncovered for 12 minutes.
