  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 boxes assorted jello flavors (3 ounces each)
  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla; mix until fluffy.
  2. In another bowl, dissolve one box of jello in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1 cup cold water.
  3. Pour half of the jello mixture into the crust and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
  4. Once set, spread cream cheese layer over jello.
  5. Refrigerate again for 30-45 minutes until firm.
  6. Prepare second jello layer using remaining flavor; pour over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Chill completely for at least 4-6 hours or overnight before serving.
