  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the egg, vanilla, milk, and oil; mix until smooth. Gradually add hot coffee.
  3. Pour batter into the pan and bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. For the pistachio filling, cook chopped kataifi with butter until golden. Mix in pistachio cream.
  5. For the chocolate layer, melt chopped chocolate with heavy cream in the microwave; whisk until smooth.
  6. Spread the pistachio filling over the cooled cake and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
