Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and taco seasoning until smooth. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain and mix with cheese mixture.
  2. On each tortilla, layer sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes (or bell peppers), jalapeΓ±os (optional), and about 1/4 cup of the beef-cheese mix. Top with extra cheddar cheese.
  3. Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to seal. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook each crunchwrap seam-side down until golden brown on both sides.
