  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Season the sliced chicken with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat and cook the chicken for about 4-5 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same wok, sautΓ© minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add carrots and broccoli; stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
  5. Incorporate bell peppers and snap peas; continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
  6. Return the chicken to the wok along with remaining soy sauce and sesame oil.
  7. Pour in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce; stir until combined.
  8. Toss well to coat everything in the sauce before serving.
