Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat the softened vegan butter with brown and raw cane sugars until creamy.
  4. Mix in the large egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until combined.

  6. Gently fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dollops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet with space between each cookie.
