  • 3–4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 8–10 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme)

Instructions

  2. Cut croissants into thirds and place them in a baking dish.
