  • 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes with juice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic; sautΓ© until onion is translucent.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker along with kidney beans, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
