  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Thaw peas, chop Turkey Bacon, and grate parmesan cheese while pasta cooks.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, peas, Turkey Bacon, and parmesan cheese. Pour dressing over the mixture and stir well.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving or enjoy immediately.
