  • ยฝ cup heavy cream
  • ยฝ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425ยฐF.
  2. Generously butter a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle sliced zucchini with salt and let rest for 15 minutes to draw out moisture. Pat dry.
  4. Arrange zucchini slices in the prepared baking dish.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, sour cream, Italian seasoning, onion powder, half of the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
