  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200ml heavy cream (or half-and-half)

  • 250g shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • Salt, pepper, paprika to taste
  • Steamed broccoli
  • 2 slices garlic toast

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. SautΓ© shrimp seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt another tablespoon of butter. Add minced garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes before stirring in parmesan cheese until melted.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing until well coated. Combine with sautΓ©ed shrimp.
