Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown turkey bacon over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sautΓ© diced onion, celery, and carrots until softened (6-8 minutes). Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for another minute.
  3. Pour in chicken stock and bring to a simmer. Cover partially and cook for 20-25 minutes until carrots are tender.
  4. Blend the soup until silky smooth using an immersion blender or regular blender.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and milk, adjusting seasoning as needed before serving.
