Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in the flour to create a smooth paste.
- Gradually add the heavy cream and half & half while stirring continuously until thickened.
- Mix in 1 cup of Parmesan cheese until fully incorporated.
