Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken or turkey with minced garlic and grated ginger. Season with salt and pepper; mix well.
- Place a potsticker wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about one tablespoon of filling into the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold over, and pinch tightly to seal. Repeat until all filling is used.
- In a large pot over medium heat, add oil and place dumplings in a single layer. Cook for about two minutes until golden brown on one side.
