  • ΒΌ teaspoon dry mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Food coloring (red, blue, green)
  • 3 cups water (divided, or as needed)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs by placing them in a large saucepan covered with cold water. Bring to a boil, cover the pot, and let sit off the heat for 20 minutes. Cool in cold water before peeling.
  2. Cut each boiled egg in half lengthwise, remove yolks, and mash them in a mixing bowl. Mix with creamy salad dressing, dry mustard, salt, pepper, and hot sauce until smooth.
  3. In three bowls, mix 1 cup of water with drops of red, blue, and green food coloring respectively. Soak egg whites for about 15 minutes until desired colors are achieved.
  4. Fill each colored egg white with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
