Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup butter (room temperature)
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 ounces chocolate almond bark
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • ½ can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • ½ teaspoon mint extract
  • Green food coloring

Instructions

  1. Cream together room-temperature butter and white sugar until fluffy. Mix in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  2. Combine cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour into the mixture until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Roll dough into 1-inch balls on a lined baking sheet and press your thumb into each ball to create a well.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake cookies for about 12 minutes. If needed, re-indent thumbprints after baking.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan; stir in mint extract.
  6. Once cooled, fill cookie wells with the fudge mixture and drizzle melted chocolate almond bark over the top.
