Instructions

  3. Encase the butter in the chilled dough, roll out to size, and fold in thirds. Repeat this process three times with chilling intervals.
  4. Roll out again to cut triangles, add chocolate pieces, and roll tightly from base to tip. Let proof until puffy.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
