- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tbsp light sesame oil
- ยฝ cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, granulated sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, chicken broth, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and rinse under cold water.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove from pan.
- Add remaining oil to the pan; sautรฉ carrots, cabbage, and garlic until softened (3-4 minutes).
- Return cooked chicken and noodles to the pan; pour the prepared sauce over everything and stir well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.
