  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 green onions or chives, chopped

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. Fold in shrimp, crab meat, half of the mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, and half of the green onions.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness if desired.
