  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour (for streusel)
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar (for streusel)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (for streusel)
  • 1/4 tsp salt (for streusel)
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp cold butter (for streusel)
  • 1 green apple (sliced into cubes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In one mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, concentrated apple juice, and vanilla extract; mix well.
