  • 40 g almond flakes

Instructions

  1. Wash and dice the apples into bite-sized pieces. Melt butter in a pan, add apples, raw cane sugar, and salted caramel. Mix well.
  2. Cook for about 5 to 6 minutes until apples are slightly softened and caramelized.
  3. In a bowl, combine yogurt, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Ceylon cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Crush the spekulatius cookies and toast almond flakes in a small pot.
  5. Layer the trifle in dessert glasses starting with caramelized apples, followed by cream mixture, then crushed spekulatius.
