  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (for swirl)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease and flour a 9ร—5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients without overmixing.
  5. Mix sugar and cinnamon for the swirl; pour half of the batter into the pan, layer with half the swirl mixture and blueberries, then repeat layers.
  6. Use a knife to gently swirl the mixture into the batter.
