Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease and flour a 9ร5 inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
- In another bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients without overmixing.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon for the swirl; pour half of the batter into the pan, layer with half the swirl mixture and blueberries, then repeat layers.
- Use a knife to gently swirl the mixture into the batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
