- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

- 2 cups purple cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon honey

- 2 avocados
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons red apple vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the cod by coating it in a mixture of avocado oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, sea salt, ancho chili powder, and black pepper.
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the coated cod filets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and flaky.
- In a mixing bowl, combine thinly sliced green cabbage, purple cabbage, lime juice, chopped cilantro, honey, salt, and pepper to make the slaw.
- Blend avocados with garlic, lime juice, red apple vinegar, olive oil, cumin, red pepper flakes, and salt to create the avocado crema.
- Warm corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos by placing cooked cod on tortillas and topping with cilantro lime slaw and avocado crema.
