Ingredients
- 1 lb chuck steak
- 3 russet potatoes
- 1/2 cup red onion (diced)

- 2 cups precooked corn meal (Harina PAN)
- 2 cups water
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

- Boil and mash the russet potatoes before combining them with the meat mixture. Let it cool.
