  • 3 russet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup red onion (diced)

  • 2 cups precooked corn meal (Harina PAN)
  • 2 cups water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Boil and mash the russet potatoes before combining them with the meat mixture. Let it cool.
  3. For the dough, mix corn meal with water, salt, chicken bouillon, cornstarch, and oil until smooth. Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
  4. Roll out small balls of dough into circles, fill with the beef mixture, fold, and seal.
