  • ΒΌ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt) (room temperature)
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Β½ cup (120 ml) milk (room temperature)
  • 1 Β½ cups diced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon to create the crumble topping. Add melted butter until clumps form.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat brown sugar, granulated sugar, and softened butter until fluffy. Mix in eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.
