  • 2 tablespoons neutral oil
  • 2 cups fresh apple cider
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 firm apples, cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon dehydrated minced onion
  • 1 head of garlic, top sliced off
  • 3 rosemary sprigs
  • 4 thyme sprigs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C).
  2. Trim excess fat from the beef and season it with salt and pepper.
