- 3/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F (175C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, rolled oats, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, nut milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt until crumbly.
- Press all but 1 cup of the mixture into an 8-inch springform pan to form the crust; pre-bake for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, simmer blackberries with shredded coconut, corn starch, sea salt, honey, and water until thickened (about 10-15 minutes).
- Pour blackberry filling into the crust and sprinkle remaining crumble on top; bake for another 10 minutes.
- Cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
