- 2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 cup (60g) Sweet Chili Sauce, plus more for serving
Instructions
- Trim and halve the brussels sprouts. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry brussels sprouts at 400ΒΊF for 10 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Coat diced chicken with chili oil, ginger, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add seasoned chicken to the air fryer with brussels sprouts; cook for an additional 10-12 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in sweet chili sauce and air fry for an extra 1-2 minutes to caramelize.
