  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • Β½ Cup Quick Cook Oats
  • 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup Red & Blue M&M’s

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a parchment-lined 9Γ—13 baking dish.
  3. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
