Instructions

  1. Dissolve each box of red and blue jello in separate bowls using 2 cups of boiling water. Pour into 9ร—13-inch pans and chill for at least 3 hours.
  2. Cut the set jello into small squares and mix them together in one pan.
  3. In a bowl, combine cold water with Vegan Gelatin, then add boiling water until dissolved. Mix in sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture over the Jello squares and chill again until fully set before serving.
